We believe that people are an organization's most important competitive advantage. Resilience, empathy, human connection, and organizational literacy are the defining skill sets of the future. These are qualities that only humans can provide to one another.
That is why we exist: to help organizations transform their people into a competitive edge that no competitor can replicate.
When ownership returned to Finland in 2025, a new beginning awaited. With change came opportunity, and one of the boldest decisions was choosing a new name.
We invited the entire team to join a brand identity workshop. Together, we explored who we are, what we stand for, and what role we want to take in the future of working life. The workshop yielded 86 name suggestions—one stood out above the rest.
Veen traces its roots to the Kalevala, where Veen Emonen (the Mother of Waters) guides the seas, protects good fortune, and ensures safe passage. Water flows, adapts, and always finds a path forward. It is a fitting reflection of how we operate as a partner.
& Co. completes the name. It is a simple yet meaningful expression of how we work—together with our clients, our network, and our partners.
Veen is made of people: consultants, recruiters, and specialists who share the belief that the right people change organizations.
