Heino Group

Päivi Huhtala, People & Culture, Heino Group
Heino Group is a Finnish family-owned company operating as an entrepreneur, investor, and developer in the food and beverage industry. The company's mission is to shape and strengthen Finnish food and beverage culture with a long, multi-generational perspective. The group includes brands such as Anton & Anton, Brukett, and Kalavapriikki, among others.
Background
Heino Group initiated culture and identity work aimed at clarifying its role as a new kind of thought leader in food and beverage culture.
Values and culture had been discussed, but the practical transition into daily operations still required work. The company needed a partner to help strengthen them.
Goal
The goal was to ensure that Heino Group’s owner values and new identity are reflected more clearly. At the same time, the objective was to strengthen team spirit and build a shared foundation for the group's future.
Solution
Wise Consulting, together with management, designed and facilitated a comprehensive package that included joint value workshops and supervisor coaching. Essi Brink acted as the facilitator, whose solution-oriented and human-centric approach resonated strongly with the participants.
Results
According to Päivi Huhtala, the project achieved precisely what was hoped for. The value work moved forward genuinely. The approach provided by Essi supported the achievement of our goals. We found a clear shared understanding and strengthened internal collaboration. Cooperation with Essi was natural and inclusive, aligning well with the group's long-term objectives.
